What a game changer! I bought these for my elderly little old man cat, who while he still goes to the box to poop, has taken a liking to peeing in the exact same spot about 5 feet from the box. I bought these because they were cost effective, and very inexpensive, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pads. They are thin and not so bulky, so they lay flat on the floor —and my cat is not alerted to the fact that he’s walking on something. They are super absorbent, and there’s no leak through. What a game changer —just fold it up and toss it away, and pop a new one down—a lifesaver for wood floors!

Traps urine and no more big yellow spots visible like on the plain white pads. It’s more of an inconspicuous dark spot that seems to fade away and the padding does absorb the odor & liquid well. I’m actually using less pads (thus saving some $) The urine smell is less noticeable so the pad doesn’t need to be changed after a single “puddle”. After the puppies checked out the pads by chewing/tearing up the first 2, with some guidance, they’re figuring out what the pads are for. I have a pad in each corner of the room and 2 pads in their puppy pen. Clean up is easier using these pads because I don’t gag at the smell or have to pick up soggy, dripping pads anymore! I’d recommend them for sure. Well worth the money to get rid of the nasty odor & lessen the wet mess. Btw, according to a search online, the carbon is safe to use

Not completely leak proof if pup doesn't aim well, but they do help to protect the floor for the most part and give the pups a specific area to use. I appreciate having the large pack and can be generous on laying them down when needed. I have young and senior small pups that sometimes need the option of a pee pad.

I bought this to help me keep my chicken infirmary clean, and it works great. I have a chicken that got attacked and needed to recover in my house, so I lined the floor of my spare shower with two of these and put her in there with plenty of food and water. These pads do a great job at containing the mess not only from her poop, but also when she knocks over the water or decides to spread her food all over the floor so she can eat it more easily. I love these. Twice a day I simply fold over each side and then roll up the dirty ones and throw down some new ones. They're decent in terms of absorption and I've never once had anything soak through. I've also used them for cat and dog pee and they work great... they don't do anything to mask the odor, but that's fine in my opinion. The smell just let's me know I need to change them out, and that isn't something I'd want to delay since it's so quick and easy.

These are a bit thinner than some of the other, name brand pads I have purchased before. We bought these for our senior dog who has been having some small accidents. They are easy to spread out on the floor or in her bed as needed. I love being able to purchased bigger packs since we can go through several of these a week.
Biggest downside is that since they are thinner, they can tear under her nails if she paws or fluffs her bed too much. But, even a thicker pad would be subject to this with enough force. I would probably buy these again.
