For background I’m 5,4, 170 and I fit in a large comfortably. I also recently had a c-section and these by far have been the easiest thing for me to wear and still have some confidence with a mom bod. I personally could probably size down to a medium, but the large fits the most comfortable due to the surgical area and seems to fit better with a mom pouch and thick thighs.
The pockets are a plus and they wash without any color shedding or shrinkage.
I got them in multiple colors, they go with everything and they are great for walking, running errands or just sleeping and sitting around. I also bought the legging versions and 100% they are just as good as the shorts! Highly recommend both.

The material is very breathable and doesn't soak up my sweat like a towel. The patterns are so cute and even better: they are NOT SEE-THROUGH! I have thick thighs and a booty so that is usually a problem for me but not with these! My only qualm is that, because of my thick thighs, the shorts tend to do a fair amount of rolling up on the inside but that comes with the dummy thicc territory. All jokes aside, these CADMUS bike shorts are excellent quality and they are officially a part of my go-to work wardrobe.
